Return and Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days after receiving it for a refund or exchange. Please note that the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags still attached

  • With the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, get in touch with us via the Contact page. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and, if applicable, send you a return shipping label. Please ensure that returns are sent back to us using the provided instructions. Items returned without prior approval or different method of shipping will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved or made-to-order pieces)

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Any items that are damaged by the customer (e.g., scratched or broken jewelry)

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please follow our return process. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. If we provide a return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
